"I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with Ice Energy. My air conditioner, which is covered under a valid AMC, has been non-functional since 28th August 2025 — that’s 21 days and counting without any resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances, the dealer has failed to take any meaningful action. There has been no repair, no clear timeline, and absolutely no accountability. This is not just poor service — it is a complete breakdown of customer support and commitment. The AMC was supposed to guarantee timely service, but all promises have been ignored. I am facing severe discomfort and inconvenience, and the lack of urgency from the vendor is unacceptable."
